About the Excel to PDF Converter
Sharing a spreadsheet with someone who might not have Excel, or just wants a clean printable copy, is easier as a PDF — one that opens the same way on any device without needing spreadsheet software or risking the receiver accidentally editing a formula. This tool converts an XLSX or XLS file to PDF, ready to view, print, or share.
Choose a single sheet or convert every sheet in the workbook, each starting on its own page. Conversion happens by rendering your spreadsheet and using your browser's own built-in “Save as PDF” printing engine — the same approach our other document converters use. Everything runs locally in your browser; your file is never uploaded to a server.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does this open a print dialog instead of downloading directly?
PDF output is generated using your browser's native "Print to PDF" feature — the same approach used by our other document-to-PDF converters.
Can I convert every sheet in my workbook, not just one?
Yes — choose "All Sheets" and every sheet is included, each starting on its own page (same pattern already used by the XLSX to CSV tool's "All Sheets" option).
Will my formulas and formatting be preserved?
Cell values and number formats — currency, dates, percentages — carry over as text; visual styling like bold, font color, or cell fill doesn't. Live formulas aren't recalculated in the PDF either — it shows each formula's last-calculated value.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion happens entirely in your browser.
